Q: What exactly does your agency offer?
A: We deploy caregivers  in to the homes of clients to help them with activities ofdaily living. these are the seniors who opt to remain in the comfort of their own homes rather than go to an assisted living facility or a nursing home.

Q: What would be considered activities of daily living?
A: Primarily, the caregiver assists in the personal care of the client like bathing, grooming, dressing,feeding and follow up exercises if ever there are any
the caregiver also makes it her responsbility to create a wholesome atmosphere surrounding the client by performng lighthousekeeping such as doing some dusting, vacuuming,changing the sheets in the client's bed and doing some laundry.

Q:What is your minimum number of hours?
A: We do a minimum of four(4) hours per visit. the frequency of the visits would depend on the demand of the client. it could be once a week, twice a week or however the client would want to schedule the visits. our role is to cater to the need of the client, thus we can be flexible with the days and the hours.

Q: Do you also provide live-in caregivers? if we decide to have a 24/7 caregiver, how does it work?
A: In this case, there will be two caregivers assigned to your account. the primary caregiver will be with the client for five to six days and a reliever would come in to take over the primary caregiver's days off. it is the agency's aim to assign the same caregivers to the account. the purpose of which is to develop a relationship between the client and the caregiver wherein the client becomes familiar and comfortable with his/her caregiver hence trust and confidence is established.

Q: What will be the mode and term of payment?does medicare or medicaid cover this service?
A: Our agency deals only with private pay clients and those with long term care  insurance. the invoice is mailed weekly and the client may mail the payment to our office address.

Q: Do you service clients all over las vegas or is your area of concentration only in certain parts of Las Vegas?
A: We are in all three(3) cities of las vegas, namely north las vegas and the cities of greater las vegas and henderson.

Q: Are your caregivers trustworthy?
A: Each one go through an interview and screening and we require fingerprinting to ensure that the caregivers we hire have no criminal record. one important trait we look for is that the caregiver has compassion and a caring attitude towards the client.        -

Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes, we are licensed, bonded and insured. we are a member of the better business bureau.
